Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at AceApp Studios.

Although we have this policy in place to stop abuse, we are a friendly company and will happily bend the policy to help genuine customers!

We pride ourselves as very supportive to our customers, and genuinely want our customers to be more than satisfied.
So if you have any issues or problems (even after 7/14 days have passed), please do contact us and we will do our very best to help you!

Digital products

We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.

If you have not downloaded the digital product you will have up to 14 days of the original purchase of the product to ask for a refund.

Refunds are given if our product is not working as stated or if there is another technical reason why our product are not working.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact support with your issues or reasons for requesting a refund and allow us 24hrs from your request to either update, fix the product or resolve your issues.

If you have bought the wrong product by mistake, let us know within 7 days (up to 14 days if not downloaded items) and we will gladly exchange the product and offer store credit for any remaining balance.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
